During 1972-1982, the Office of the President did not exist. Until 1983, following the relocation of the President’s office from De Montfort Building (D Building) to Assumption Building (A Building), the Office of the Secretary to the President was established by the President with Ms. Tippawan U-Ratanamanee as Head of the Office during 1983-1995. Subsequently, Ms. Sriraporn Jantanotok was named Head of the Office during 1996-2002. In November 2002, the President’s office and the secretary’s office was moved back to De Montfort Building (D Building).

Few years later, the University restructured the Office of the Secretary to the President and transformed it into the Office of the President.
